Annual Average Growth Sales by Quarter
The information in the Gross Sales Tables contain the Average Gross Sales information broken into 4 Quarters obtained from our corporate store's point of sale systems and is a historical financial performance representation for Chubby's Tacos that met the following criteria:
(a) have been in operation for at least one year; (b) have had no change of ownership within such one-year period; (c) were not managed by a management company affiliated with the franchisor; (d) were in traditional locations; and (e) are not currently for sale.
We have provided the financial information for the shops that met the Conditions for each calendar year (the twelve month period commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31) from 2021 to 2023.* Refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document

How many locations?
Chubby's started 15 years ago in a small 900-square-foot location with lines out the door. Currently, Chubby's has three corporate stores and over a dozen additional stores in development. It is truly a ground-floor opportunity.
How many team members do I need to run a Chubby’s?
Total: 12-18
For a shift: 4-8
Lunch or Dinner Rush: 6-8
What are all my possible revenue streams?
You'll generate revenue not only from guests who visit the store, but also from our comprehensive catering program! We offer two catering plan options: one we call the taco bar, where guests go down the line and choose all their ingredients for delicious tacos or nachos.
The second is what we call our boxed lunch, which includes noting their core item of taco, burrito, bowl, Chubbychanga, quesadilla, or Torta but also includes a cookie and chips and salsa. You will likely experience about 80% of your business inside your restaurant, but a well run catering organization can get as high as 20% of sales and will probably average somewhere between 10 and 15% of sales based on our experience.
The next revenue stream is generated through our national, third-party partnership, relationships with DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber eats not to mention the sales that you will make directly from the customized Chubby’s app.
